How to increase traffic?
hello guys,
i actually need suggestions on how i can boost or increase traffic on my site. Actually i already did link directory, articles, press release, submission, postings on free classified ads, exchange link with related sites and optimize my site though i think that the optimization i did is not yet complete. I'm getting traffic but not a lot and i some of my keywords already got ranks on google, yahoo and msn but those keywords didn't have a lot of count per month if you check it on overture. So i really need some help to increase traffic that can convert into sales/sign ups. i know that i have to pursue exchanging link with related sites as it can help but do you have any other suggestion aside from this things i already did? Any suggestion will be appreciated. My site is www.proadultoutsourcing.com, if ever you need to see it. thanks Last edited by kristine; Nov 7th, 2006 at 13:03. |

Re: How to increase traffic?
A clear document structure and not using Flash will help. They way you've used Flash is a no-no. Don't use tables, use XHTML (Strict) and CSS. Use <h1-6> tags properly, along with unordered and ordered lists (<ul> and <ol> respectively) and paragraph tags <p>.
Take a look at my site with CSS and JavaScript disabled (well, it uses a tiny bit of CSS for the colors and the font, but nothing else) versus everything enabled: http://ryanfait.com/?disable=CSS http://ryanfait.com/?enable=CSS Remove the styling on your site and see what it looks like. Search engines will find mine much easier to crawl. |

Re: How to increase traffic?
Well I guess its a blatant crime to use Flash as the search engines literally hate it. Again, the use of table could be done away with the use of CSS. Use of H-tags should also be done wisely keeping in mind of the search engine criteria.
Off-page campaign works well only when the on-page elements have been taken care of properly. Take a look at my site http://www.lexolutionit.com/ to know what i am talking about. ...lol |
