Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)
what it means? what should i do it? how do I rid of it? I use WAMPP.

usually when it cant connect to local host that means that your server is configured to only accept connections from a certian ip, even though localhost is the same as your servers ip and 127.0.0.1 i would say you should try chaning what your trying to connect to to 127.0.0.1 and see if it fixes the problem.
