Navigation bar - Wanna help to fix?

Hi people,

I'm taking care of my web site but I would like to improve it with your help as I'm a bit of an ignorant with html and stuff.

The navigation bar I've created is actually not a real navigation bar I believe. Every time you change page the bar reloads with the new page, you know what I mean?

How can I fix this so the loading of the pafe would be smoother and faster?

Work through the 'CSS driven menus' tutorial available from the sticky at the top of the css forum.

This will give you all the basics of producing both horizontal and vertical menus.

You need to have the navigation in a separate file, eg., navigation.inc, you then include this file into your pages. You should do this with any common areas such as headers, footers, etc. Not only does it make loading faster but any changes only have to be made in the one file and they are available site wide.

You should also be aware that the width of your pages is too big for a fixed layout as it causes horizontal scrolling when viewed at 800px wide. End users hate having to scroll in two directions.
