Exclamation Setting up a forum - E-Blah

Hi all,

I am trying to setup a forum on my website www.pcfantasy.co.uk.

I am trying E-Blah found here

I have uploaded all the files and set all of the file attributes but when i go to load the setup file in my browser my host says that the page does not exist.

I am using awardspace as my host as they are the best .

The files are .pl files and the awardspace says that they support them.

So what went wrong?

Hope you can help,

Thanks,

Tom

Re: Setting up a forum - E-Blah

Hi,

Just so you know, I know absolutely nothing about scripts etc.. so it may not be the best advice.

Do you have to use E-Blah? if not www.phpbb.com has a free forum and it has easy install instructions (so easy I was able to install a forum and shed loads of extras) it only took me about 10 - 15 minutes to install. No adverts nothing.

Hope this helps in some way.

Kindest regards,

Ross
