Man, I thought for sure this site was going to be using XHTML and CSS instead of tables. Oh well.
The design is okay. I don't really like the font you've used in your header, and I don't think it should be black. The links in your navigation should provide some type of feedback. Perhaps make the text a little bigger? It's a bit hard to read at higher resolutions.
