Does you remit include re-writing it?

I'm on a 4Meg cable broadband and the download speed of this site is pitiful.

I found that in IE, it wasn't that the images disappear/reappear randomly but that the response time to a mouseover or mouseout was so slow that it might have seemed that way depending what you did with the cursor.
