I am guessing that you are talking about your navigation. There is a tutorial posted in the top link of the CSS section that explains a nice way to create a good navigation system. The reason that your links are bouncing around is because they have a rollover code that increases size, or adds a bold property to it. Because that changes, it has to adjust the rest of the code.
