I’m new here and want to see if anyone has any suggestions.

Where can I go to get a custom header, footer, a “join now” button, a background & some different size banners made up?

I know of hypercover.com but he is not taking any new orders right now.

Anyone know of someone just as affordable or even cheaper with the same quality?
