Zen Cart is a PHP based online shopping cart tool - www.zen-cart.com - rather like OSCommerce, and i need to skin it for a client. Will it be difficult?

All I can say is RTFM. There should be documentation on the template structure etc..

While I didn't read it before your recommendation, the manual is pathetic. I'm personally just hoping someone who has designed a template for the program runs across this thread and is willing to give a brief overview on how hard or easy it is. I can't find any personal accounts using Google.

I think I'd be faster at diving in the deep end and starting from scratch. I'll post back here when I start working with Zencart.
