Oh it is such a sore point here, I guess that you all must really hate frames.
I have tried to clear it up, aparently serif webplus 10 html frames are not the same as the old web frames that you are all talking about. that question was answered for me.
and the serif forum is good if you have serif software so please don't discredit them, I am not trying to promote another forum I was just trying to make it clear that the program I use has a text box that is called a frame but it is not the same as the old web frames. No one in the serif forum favours the old web frames.
I am not an advanced user, clearly you guys are. You all know your stuff, I don't ,that is why I come on here.
at the end of the day I am clueless, I could not tell the difference between a frames website and a noframes website.
Obvously when you see someone mention frames alarm bells start ringing, it must be like comparing analoge with digital.
does it really matter in the bigger scheme of things.
webplus html frames are not the same please believe me.
