PaySkwirrell I like that!! As for you bruno89, log in to your paypal account and from there, there is a tab called merchant account. At least there is in mine. Maybe not yours. If there is not, then search google. Also just a note I think your sister has to connect her bank account with paypal, in order to accept payments.
