Textpattern owns all. Alternately there are
PHP scripts etc that can read contents of a folder and such and implement those contents in various ways. BTW a good CMS like the before mentioned are usually built with
PHP etc. I like TP because you use all of your own
XHTML,
CSS,
PHP etc within the system plus its built in tags etc make automating many things a snap. Something to consider. </shameless plug>
