Hey, all...

I've never joined a design forum before, so forgive me if I ask questions that seem basic. I usually try to get the answers first before asking anyway.

I am a character illustrator in Connecticut and I manage my personal websites ([URL="http://www.divinebird.com"]www.divinebird.com[/URL] and [URL="http://www.mare-serenitatis.net%29"]www.mare-serenitatis.net)[/URL], as well as that of the Enfield, CT Rotary club ([URL="http://www.enfieldrotary.org%29"]www.enfieldrotary.org)[/URL]. Most of my design work is for these three sites, with a little extra done on the side for my non-web-savvy friends. I prefer to code my html by hand, since I detest software like FrontPage and DreamWeaver.

I know nothing about php, I know some basic css, and quite a bit of html. However, I've never taken a class or course in any web-related fields, so my knowledge tends to be spotty. This is what happens when you teach yourself! XD

Since I'm here with a specific question/problem, I'll be posting that shortly, and I really hope you guys can help me. I look forward to reading and learning from this forum!

ETA:...where do i edit/create my sig? I didn't see any info about it in the cp. Not that it's a big deal, but the FAQ points me to the CP and the CP doesn't offer the option. XD
