ok on some sites that are hosted by piczo.com ( yes that anoyin site ) there is a little box in the bottom right corner of the page that follows the page when you scroll.. i want one for my site to tell people about some of the updates iv done/doing.
this site is an example http://www.lil-lizzi-x.tk/ ... look in the corner of the page were it says "" Create your own photo website FREE! Piczo "" PLEASE HELP I DONT WANT AN UPDATES PAGE!! ok love you all

go on the link and in the bottom right corner a little box flashes up for like 20 seconds or untill u clik the mouse..

i think he meant the link doesnt work.
the way to have those popups sticking to your page is to have them with css/javascript have them on absolute position and not scrolling for css then have them appear with a mouseover javascript.

I think what minute was trying to say (maybe) is that .tk hosting isnt the most reliable out there, and you should switch as soon as possible when your budget allows.
I'm sure thats what minute meant to say :S
