Option1:
Become a partner to my website. You get a link on every webpage including homepage. Your link will be on the left column.

Option2:
Submit your site it a list of tutorials or website desiign/services page.

Option 1 requires a link back to my website on your homepage (atleast) or on a page with a relatively decent pr rating.

Option 2 requires a link back somewhere on your website.

The website is www.webmaster-files.com I realize the website does not have a pr. It is still under construction but is due to launch sometime this week. I am hoping through advertising the website will grow quickly and getting on the partners list now will benefit your site in the future.
