Dreamweaver Image Issue

I am fairly new at doing web design and Dreamweaver and I am trying to create a website. But I am running into a problem. I have a vertical image and a horizontal, both fairly long. (vertical longer then horizontal and the only 2 things on the page) I want the horizontal one to be on the right next to vertical at the top of the page. When I try to put one image then the other, the horizontal goes under the vertical. If I try it with a table, I can get it next to the vertical image but it is in the center of the page and not at the top.

Is there any way I can get this image to be to the right of the vertical image and at the top of the page?

If this description is too vague I can make up an image showing this problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I used this

And got this, and this is what I want it to look like, but since the table I cant edit anywhere under the image reading "The Source"
