Yeah, and just a heads up, almost 100% of my clients that I get are clients that have used either a boxed software or a website with templates as you never can truly get a great site from them.

I would look at Templatemonster.com and find a template that you really like and then see if you can get a designer to edit it to fit your needs if you are on a tight budget. This is usually the cheapest way.
