Aesthetically quite pleasing, not much I could criticise appearance-wise.
If I was being picky; I didn't understand why "Apotheke Vestenhaus / Weiden" was shown in blue when it doesn't fit the rest of the site or appear to link to anything. I don't speak German so maybe there's an explanation in the accompanying text.

The other one looks nice too but can you make a separate thread for it please (and then please tell me where you got the water image, I'm looking for one just like it. ).

Not bad, but your login looks dreadful in Safari 2. Pay attention to how other browsers interpret HTML and CSS. And why aren't your links capitalized? That went out of fashion years ago.

I really think it is a good website, the only thing that I would say would improve it is perhaps some flash, just to make it a bit more interesting.

Thanks all for your critics - I will surely go along with some of them and change a bit here and here.

One thing I won't do is put flash into my sites - I'm more some sort of purist, and flash isn't valid XHTML though. ( Although I have found a method to make it validate in W3C validator )

I agree: do not add Flash to your site. To be sure, it has its places, but it is used far too often in my opinion.
