we are a German web startup which has recently launched an unusual Flash meta-site (http://www.neverendingtower.com), which we think features some rarely seen techniques (e.g. dynamic runtime perspective transformation of streaming video, and a fully automated amfphp/MySQL backend). Its very good, the only thing i would say is its very complicated to use.

What's ahppened here is you guys have gotten really carried away with putting loads of cool features into this never ending tower and making it all move really smoothly but you haven't given much thought to the user's visit.

I think If Iwas given a link to your site by someone I'd spend about 3 minutes there and then leave scratching my head thinking "what the hell was that?"

If a user is confused with your site then they will more than likely leave rather than spend time getting to grips with the uber complex navigation system you have.
