I had to redo the entire main page.... it was causing problems for people on higher resolutions that 1024*.... It should be resolutions friendly now.... let me know if you guys and gals have any problems.....

The biggest problem is nothing fits.

The header is its own seperate image, the buttons are their own thing.

You need to make everything fit and flow together.

I took a gander at your site and here are my comments:

1. It would be nice if the home page told me alittle something about the purpose of your site.
2. The title of each of your pages is missing from the browser title bar.
3. The use of Alternate text would be a nice addition to all of your images. Alternate Text provides the visitor with a description of the graphic/link in case the image doesn't load.
4. Most sites put navigation links on all pages so the visitor can get to each of the site's pages from anywhere on the site without having to return to a defined starting point.

The content of your site is really nice.

1) You should take your text graphics off the transparent background. It's making the edges look crummy. Notice all the choppy edges? You need a color background -- match it to the background color if you can.

2) I'd do a dark blue-violet background instead of flat black.

3) I don't like the colors on the homepage, but the animated .gif is cool.

4. You need someone to proof your text. Grammatical and spelling mistakes are a major no-no on an educational site. You also need to have your word-spacing correct. "Let's" has an apostrophe.

Personally, I'm not interested enough to critique this guy. I'm too busy with my own stuff anyway.

I 'l have to agreee with the opinions above im afraid, but never mind youll get there soon! - would try and hand code some html to help your understanding a little maybe learn semantic markup to aid in accessibility and clarity in your code.

Thanks for all the advise..... To tell you the truth I didn't like the front page myself I have changed it so if you don't mind can you tell me if its better..... I don't know how to build frames so the navigation advice I can't do right now...... .personally Im not really interested... Im too busy with actuall astro physics to learn webbuilding.... I just need the site as a medium.. Thanks though
