What are you expecting to happen?

I tried it in Firefox and IE and did exactly what I would expect.

In Firefox, all the field values are transfered into an email within the default email client ready for you to send.

IE send it more directly.

BTW. Your code style is in serious need of sorting out and validating it through the W3C validator shows 32 errors.
