Problem with uploading photos on site

Hello

Firstly apologies if I'm in the wrong forum here - please point me in the right direction if so!

Secondly, I'm new to web design and am 'muddling' through. Having decided to enhance my website and create an on-line order form I am having problems with uploading photos.

When I receive the email with the client info on, there is no reference to any photos even though I've browsed and added the correct file names - and I've done this about 10 times to no avail now!

There's obviously something I haven't done! I've gone through so many tutorials with no luck... so would appreciate someone giving me a bit of guidance here!

That link doesnt exist so can you post a new one, we'll need to see your PHP script as well to see how you're uploading the image.

We'll need to see the part of the code that manages the image upload in order to figure out where it is failing.

Do you know if the file is even getting uploaded to the server, or is the form failing?
Also, do you know where on your server the image is getting placed? On my linux boxes, they are usually put in the /tmp folder, where I can move them to where ever I need to.
