Cant Copy and Paste

Hi there Im trying to Copy and Paste a page from my website to show here but Im unable to paste it here. Any suggestions on why not. The page is a normal html code and I have cpoied and pasted it on other sites.

To test and rule out other possibilities, can the code be pasted into a blank notepad.exe window?

If you're looking for instructions on how to show us code in your forum posts, you just copy the code from a source file with Cntrl+C, then paste it between the following tags:

[ CODE ] [ /CODE ]

But without all the spaces.

Ive looked but the[code] tags are not there, I take it that Ill have to put it in myself, but where abouts.
