Richard, the only idea I have about Rackspace.com is that they host Webhostingtalk.com, so judging by WHT uptime can say their should be rather stable and clearly expensive.

Solidhost.com has been in the industry for quite a time, I was just wondering how they allocate support time for clients on dedicated and vps deals? Is it a set amount of hours per month? Or you can open tickets in the help desk time and again?
