CF Designz new idea?

Hi all,

I am still in the middle of creating my portfolio website, this is what I have at the moment:

And after hearing alot of critique about it, and so on I got bored of the design, so wanted to create a new one that was completely different, so please find attached of a new design.

What I need from you lot is tell me what design you prefer, and changes you think should be incorporated and so on.

i really like the new one, much much better than the older one.

one thing I would change is the sub-titles on the navigation:

portfolio - show you my work
blog - random ramblings

they don't sound professional, try:

portfolio - my work
blog - my thoughts

or something like that.

Its good you're keeping to the 2/3 colours, don't add anymore. I would reduce the size of your font a bit, when fonts get too big (at default setting) they start to look clumsy as if just trying to fill the space - space is good. Avoid using too many drop shadows, now and then is ok.

I have heard alot of critique about this website design now, so I have decided I am going to use this one, so I am going to code this now, and show you how I got on
