Suitable CMS
Just wondering if this is possible. If so is there tutorial anywhere which i can follow??
I want to create my own website, designed on photoshop and coded in dreamweaver perhaps xhtml and css, but i want the content to be managed by someone else from time to time who has no html experience what so ever. Im wondering is it possible to install some sort of CMS to my own template for the other person to log in and just type into the text editor and basically just click submit. |

Re: Is this possible??
Another possibility is making the content SSI (Server Side Includes).
Some of my clients update news, notices etc.. this way. |

Re: Is this possible??
What kind of site will it be?
In my opinion, the best 'out-of-the-box' CMS around at the moment is Wordpress. Wordpress is easily customizable, and free. Of course, if you can create your own CMS it would be even better but I guess you dont know a programming language, such as PHP?

Re: Is this possible??
I'd definately go with Word Press. It's easy to implement your own design into then the user can just login and create/edit pages etc.

Re: Is this possible??
Textpattern would be my choice as it has a much more robust tag system than WP (And allows custom PHP etc..) as well as no specific template structure to build on. But the easiest solution would be to simply build it in HTML/CSS and use Adobe Contribute.
