Once I was in the site then I would suggest the following things to improve on
- you have no doctype declared - this is essential if you want your site interpreted correctly in the browser
- the red colouring is very strong and harsh, try toning it down. Check this http://www.webforumz.com/graphics-fo...ght-colors.htm to help you out
- you need to take advantage of semantic markup to help layout the page and improve onsite SEO <h1 - h4>,<ol>,<p>,etc
- this is such a simple layout, please try looking at CSS for tabless layout - Resources for learning how to use CSS for layout
- I don't see the point of having the time on your site. If I want to know the time I will look at my watch
