If only it were that easy Unfortunately, meta keywords are on their last legs (some argue they're dead, others argue they can help, but either way, meta tags alone will not help your Google quest).

Google uses numerous factors to assess your website, and decides how important it is for any given keyword. These factors can include;

• Keywords and phrases
• Use of heading tags
• Keyword named pages (using - or _ to indicate a space)
• Keyword rich anchor text
• Relevant backlinks
