This is why we "Do what we say on the tin" so to speak. Our "Small print" is massive and doesnt have any of this BS in it. In fact, we recently just removed 75% of the crap in our terms and conditions in favour of the customer.

Personally, I'd like to see comanies that do this land up on watchdog and reported to trading standards.
