Take 02 for example with there unlimited calls to 02 customers (Fair usage policy states it's no more than 2000 minutes)

Granted, few people would even reach that limit, and i suppose it's in place to stop abuse of the offer, but then isn't that just the same as web hosts... only a different product?

Some webhosts however just state that if they can't support your bandwith consuption then they will refund you the remainder of your contract, and in some cases help you find another provider.

Unfortunatly i didn't know that you couldn't go over 60 minutes, this was never made clear, only in the fine print... and what do you know... i've just been landed with a bit of a nasty bill ¬.¬
