Thanks for the interesting chat guys. The page isn't live yet, but it would be a page of latest news. I would like them to be able to add/remove just the designated paragraphs or images but nothing else.

I could write a bit of Perl to build the page from txt as suggested, but I don't like the idea of the client having ftp access.

I could port the whole site to a special CMS host. Anybody recommend a simple cheap one?
