Moving domains

Hi all,

REGARDING: www.123cleaners.com
(123cleaners.com 301 redirects to www.london-dry-cleaners.com)

Google Adwords is now going to enforce a more strict policy on its ads so I will no longer be able to display 123cleaners.com for ads that redirect visitors to www.london-dry-cleaners.com.

Changing the display URL of all ads to london-dry-cleaners.com is not an option, so I MUST reverse the setup so that
www.london-dry-cleaners.com 301 redirects to www.123cleaners.com

So here's my question:
Has anyone ever done this in a large scale?
I know that, technically, if I use 301 redirects, all the information about www.london-dry-cleaners.com should be 'transferred' to www.123cleaners.com, but I don't know what kind of problems I might run into.

www.london-dry-cleaners.com has very high rankings on Google for all related phrases. This *should* just be passed on to www.123cleaners.com, but does anyone know for sure?

Thanks in advance!
