Well the first thing that sticks in my mind is, you have well too many advertising links on your website, please remove these, it puts me off, so I can't imagine how many others it annoys too.

I quite like the header, thats quite nice, I feel the navigation on the right hand side, needs a background rollover, not just a basic word rollover, but that is my general feel.

I think thats something for you to think about
