I agree with Spinal here, I once did a job with a client, which involved them changeing there menu in the restaurant, and then uploading it to the server.

It turned out to be a real mess because the people uploading it and changing the files were not computer literate at all, and struggled to change the menus, and as they are the paying customers, they should have it nice and easy for them.
