Personally, i think flash is great, but i'm not sure i'd use it to build a whole site.

there is nothing wrong with flash, it only starts to become 'misused' if the content is in flash too - bad for seo, as search engines can not read the content

ahhh, my son, times have changed. you can seo flash these days and quite well. Google can read all text within the flash. Who said you needed content to rank?

Flash for navigation !?!!?
Intro for website ?!!! What about if a user doesnt have the flash plugin, he/she should stuck in website without navigation ?! I thought these are most NOT TO DO in web designing these days !!!! I dont think voting is enough for choosing best sites, we need judge in technical, design and ... fields... Anyway, congratulation ....
