We are very sorry for the problem. Before I could explain you went offline. We are a newly established customer and employed a PHP programmer. Last Wednesday we lost contact with him. This was his first project. We did email you explaining but hotmail failed to give this to you. You claimed we phoned you although you never gave you phone number to myself or my colleague. You claimed we gave you a deposit but I never saw proof and can ensure you there has been no money going in or out of my PayPal account within the last 3 weeks. Then you showed me an email with a stuart@c.... where noone withinn WPDesign has the name stuart.

To sum up we lost contact with the PHP programmer, emailed you and there has been nothing we can do about it. We are extremly sorry and regret employing a programmer we hardly knew and did not have full contact details for. I have been trying to contact him all week but do not yet have a reason but it could be because he got tooken into hospital or internet was tooken down, we are yet to know. WP Design are happy to offer you a free template and thats as much as we can do.
