When you say seperated with + signs or spaces?

I only say this becuase I want to optimise my site for 'website design weston super mare, somerset'

I currently have my title :
Weston-Super-Mare website design - Affordable web, graphic design, print, SEO

Do you think:
Affordable website, graphic design, print, seo, Somerset, Weston-Super-Mare

is better, im still trying to work out the difference between + - on the above?
