When to separate content among pages

Hey all

Just wondering how others approach a similar task, and any advice you might have for me!

I'm contemplating on whether I should spread my content among pages, or focus it all on one page (with a smooth scroller and page anchors).

It's a page on bathrooms. I'll be trying to target keywords such as
Quote:
[area] bathrooms
[area] modern bathrooms
[area] traditional bathrooms
(where [area] is the location of the business I'd prefer to not to disclose)

Should I target each keyphrase on a different page, with the advantage of unique descriptions, title tags, keyphrase urls and on-site keyphrase links (e.g. modern bathrooms instead of bathrooms), but with less content per page (and I'm not sure how much I can write uniquely for each section...).

Or... put all my effort into one page, with the benefit of more content, and more keywords, but without the advantages of the former option?

Or, another tactic?

Any tips appreciated

Alex
