Basically you have messed it up for yourself

I would wipe it all of if i was you and start again.

Copy the database from the old host and upload to the new one (phpmyadmin has a db standard limit of 51mb)
Upload all the pages via ftp and set all the permissions. Also check config files to see if they need to be directed to the new domain.
