For alt tag is normal to forget to clear. I often leave it with picture value
 and at end i clean all. Other mistake i do is to miss xhtml syntax for img and for bg tags.Regards and less mistake

Yes thats true unfortunately I didn't get enough people to vote in this poll, so I can't write the research down. And make fun of all our mistakes.
