Can you have as many style sheets as you like? or is it best to have everything in one sheet?

Oak, multiple stylesheets are handy if your designing for specific browsers. Its also good just to keep your code tidy. Have a look at this link......

Yes h1 should only be used once i think, it's one of the things that search engine bots look at when indexing your page
