Starting a Forum?

I've been thinking for a while about starting a forum. I really would like to start one. Does anyone think there is a gap for a forum on a specific topic.
It would obviously have to be one I am interested in, but there needs to be a need for something similar.

Jack

Re: Starting a Forum?

What about a forum for discussing all programs on the BBC?
Or a forum for School/College people to bitch about teachers/lessons, etc?
Or a forum to discuss the latest news?

Re: Starting a Forum?

I think the BBC have things like this already, there are things on bitesize for school stuff, and i think that one for bitching about people will either get either out of hand or boring after a while IMO

Is it you that does sailing, something to do with that maybe?

Re: Starting a Forum?

Watersports would have to be high on the list, here in Cornwall. Surfing is a biggy.

Hmm. Not sure. The Freeware Forum? What did you think to my suggestion of the News forum?

Re: Starting a Forum?

I think it would be a good idea, but most forums have a cafe type area where this can take place don't they, a lot of people would not go to a specific forum just to talk about news i dont think
