.htaccess to work with IIS

Hi Forumz,
I have tried to install drupal in a remote webserver and it brings an error with IISPASSWORD I don't know whats that error means. When I remove the .htaccess file, it shows the error in www.whereis.co.ke. Please help. Here is the .htaccess file code

htaccess is an Apache specific file. It wil not work with IIS.

Not necessarily. Check out the drupal forums and documentation - there's heaps of information. I just googled drupal iis and found this article on clean URLS with IIS straight away!
