I would like to learn SEO both to promote my own website and to add to the services I can offer in the future.

What suggestions do you have for learning this subject.

Books, face to face tuition, online course etc

Which is the best course of action.

I do like the flexibility and simplicity of video tutorials and I have been using these to learn flash but does anyone know if there is such a thing for SEO
