This looks to be the most promising version yet for fully separating presentation from content and also the addition of many new tags will greatly enhance semantics.
I will follow with interest.

Interesting reading, but when this will usable and which browser support it. May be new fox will be ready for html 5. Also i see that for now they (w3) have a lot of issue to solve before gone stable and full browser compatible.

That means no more frames
The best part is the new things like <footer> so now instead of <div id="footer"> it's just <footer> Yep, I'm in love with this bit: Quote:

That is really good, saves adding divs all over the place

The most significant improvement is the addition of header, footer and nav tags etc. These will give elements a more solid semantic meaning and will save on code.
