It CNAMES to web.mac.com where Apple's iWeb software uploads the webpage to. Still you can navigate the entire page as if it was uploaded to www.berlinerdin.dk !

berlinerdin.dk (without www.) however is NOT set up to CNAME, so here we have uploaded the site directly to the domain!

Question: how would we get www.berlinerdin.dk on to googles page rank when we can't upload a sitemap.xml or confirm the page with a html file ?
