If you set up a domain like: www.cname.com to CNAME over to www.othersite.com/broadcast, then whatever www.othersite.com/broadcast shows, will be shown on www.cname.com.

It's another way to transfer the visitor to another webpage, but without ever leaving your domain.

So the question now becomes: how would you get such a domain to appear on googles search?
