Templates
This just occurred to me.
When you submit your site to the free critique, things like the coding, design, content etc get commented on as you all know. Is it a good idea to have a section like this, but just for templates. Say a member is a budding web designer, and he wanted feedback on his latest template, he would want information about his design, code etc, but information about SEO and content etc would be pointless. Just think this would separate actual website critique from templates. What do you all think?

Re: Templates
Yeah, I've seen a ton of templates be submitted and that's a nice suggestion.

Re: Templates
The main reason is that people (like yourself) submit their sites to the critique section for critique on the whole thing, code, content, design, am i right?
Having a separate place for templates would clear the critique section up, and let people know that they only want comments on the code and design.

Re: Templates
No point in a separate section.
Just post in Free Website Critique and mention that it's just a template.

Re: Templates
If we do see your code have some problem, should we just keep quiet?
If you would just want to get critique on your design, well Code, Content and Design comes in a package. They are all related to each other in some way... Anyway... like Alex says, just post in Free Website Critique and say PLEASE CRITIQUE MY TEMPLATE!

Re: Templates
Could we have a rule or something at least that makes you post Template: in the subject lines? Just a suggestion.

Re: Templates
Yeh, an option to select whether it is a full site or just a template?

Re: Templates
If you post in the site critique and don't want a certain aspect to be commented on, just post something like. I know the code is bad, I will fix it soon. Then members will know not to post about the code
