Hello again!
http://mindbluff.com/askread2.htm On top of this page,There is an advertisement that shines It is built by flash. But I want to know It is possible build this by Javascript or CSS ? How? Thanks

I think he means the shining banner on top of his page there!
I tried to refresh the page and the banner is gone! Every time it refreshed, it changes into new image, flash or what ever it is... Why do you want to do that. People hates advertising banner. This is always happen to a free web host.

Yes I mean that banner . I have an image and I want it shines like that banner,Bit that banner has been built by flash, I want to this without flash,Is it possible?How?

If you want to do that without flash, GIF images are one way, Javascript though can be used
