Nearly all the backlinks come from classifieds, i think i have about 25 to thirty right now.

Is a redirector needed going from one to another? Is there a penalty for not doing this?

All my backlinks are using www. I was never sure whether to use www or not when registering with google. Currently the domain is set to www.craigtaraholiday.com with google.
